Founder
Dr. Abdel Halim Mahmoud, the Knowledge Center president and founder has more than 20 years experience in developing and managing IT businesses in USA, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt. He graduated as a Power Electrical Engineer in Cairo 1979, and has started his own business since 1984. Dr. Mahmoud was the first to get IBM Certificate in E-Commerce technologies in the Middle East in 1999, and later on, for his USA based company.
